Membership Terms and Conditions
Monthly benefits
- Treatments do not roll over and unused treatments are void at the end of each month.
- Treatments are non transferable to other members or non members.
- Memberships are capped at one treatment per day per treatment type (this is due to manufacturers recommendations).
Membership Additional Discount Benefits
- Additional treatment discounts offered as part of your membership cannot be used with any other offers or discounts including laser hair removal courses and packages.
Friends & Family Membership
- If you and a friend/partner/family member sign up to membership at the same time both members will receive a 10% discount off their monthly membership price.
Guests
- Bring a guest along is available for Sauna and Cryotherapy chambers only and the guest will complete their treatment at the same time as the member.
Membership Referrals
- Members can receive rewards for signing up other members. If a new member quotes your name during sign up you will receive £100 credit towards a therapist led treatment (choice of any Laser Skin Care or Laser Hair Removal).
Membership Contracts
- Unless otherwise specified all memberships will be contracted for a minimum of one month and then on a rolling monthly contract.
- At least one weeks notice ahead of monthly renewal date is required to pause or cancel a membership
