At Aqua-Tox we now offer Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D injections for general health improvements.
Vitamin Injections are better absorbed by the body as they go directly into the blood stream, so benefits can be seen and felt more widely than taking oral tablet forms.
Vitamin B12 supplementation can improve all round general wellness.
Vitamin D is usually derived from the sun, and in the U.K, this can be sparse between the months of September to March. Therefore, it stands to reason that we would need to look at other sources of it.
